The European Union Continues to Recognize CSC Bassano del Grappa

The City of Bassano del Grappa continues to garner European acclaim through its Operaestate/CSC Centro per la Scena Contemporanea, establishing itself as a key European hub for the promotion of contemporary dance and artistic best practices.

With over 20 projects won through European grant calls, Operaestate and CSC have set a national record. This exceptional achievement in European project design has been facilitated by utilizing direct programs such as Culture 2000, Culture 2007-2013, LLP Leonardo Da Vinci, Erasmus Plus, and Creative Europe 2014-2020.

Each project involves artistic and managerial professionals active on regional and national stages, engaging in planned activities of artistic mobility, training, creation, and production.

The goal is the internationalization of the contemporary scene, leading to measurable, positive impacts within the performance arts system in terms of the dissemination of best practices and innovation of the system itself.
